Community Relations

Ecusol will comply with all legal obligations at a national and international level applicable in the countries where we operate. We apply best practices as developed by international organizations such as the UN Development Program & Environment Program, World Bank.

Our Community Development & Relations Management plans follow these tenets:

• Sustainability: All 3rd parties we do business with will demonstrate a well thought through, wide ranging sustainability policy, effectively enforced.

• Respect: We will honour & respect values, beliefs, traditions and cultural aspects of the local effected communities as well as company employees and consultants.

• Information Disclosure and Transparency:  We will provide information to stakeholders during project development, to engender an environment of trust and understanding. The information will be straightforward, and accessible by several forms of media.

• Equality:  We will treat every community member, government official, partner, consultant and employee in an ethical manner, without any discrimination against gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or political affiliations.

• Flexibility: We are open minded we welcome the opinions of those people who may be effected by the scheme.
